HEALTHCARE PLANNER / PROGRAMMER

Qualified Registered Architects with no less than 10 years experience as a healthcare planner with a proven track record as an effective project leader/manager. The individual must possess strong organizational, communication, programming, planning and project/client leadership skills.

PROJECT ARCHITECT

Seeking a talented and accomplished leader to join a dynamic collaborative environment. Candidates will be registered architects, preferably LEED Accredited and REVIT experience, with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, and eight years experience leading design teams in projects with highly technical building systems and project budgets in the $10 - 50 million dollar range.

Responsible for ensuring design practicality, building constructability, code compliance, coordination, and will lead technical aspects of the project. Ensure design intent through innovative selection of material systems, collaboration with all disciplines throughout the project, and to achieve timely project delivery within budget. Represent the firm and project through consultant management and construction observation to assure project excellence consistent with the vision, mission and philosophy of the firm.

PROJECT MANAGER

Seeking a talented and accomplished leader to join a dynamic collaborative environment. Candidates will be registered architects, preferably LEED Accredited, with a Bachelor of Architecture degree, andeight years of Project Management experience on projects ranging from $10-50 million.

Applicants will display strong process management abilities, organizational and communication skills, to compliment their conflict resolution and team leadership abilities. Responsibilities entail developing and maintaining work plans, contractual agreements, and ensuring budget and schedule compliance. Project Manager will advocate design, innovation, and excellence consistent with the vision, mission and philosophy of the firm.

PROJECT DESIGNER

Qualified Registered Architects with no less than 10 years experience as a project designer with a proven track record as a leader/manager. The individual must possess strong communication and presentation skills, design and technical documentation skills, project/client leadership.
